General Terms

Welcome to Pakistan Gifts Hub! We are committed to offering a dependable and memorable gifting service. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • Personalized messages will be printed on the greeting card that accompanies your gift, not on cakes or food items.
  • Every order may include a complimentary greeting card for your message.
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times, including midnight or same-day deliveries during peak seasons such as Eid, New Year, and Mother’s Day.
  • If order details are incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you before processing. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to inaccurate information.
  • Make sure the recipient’s city and address match the delivery location selected on our website.
  • Order processing begins only after payment is successfully received.
  • If the provided address or phone number is incorrect or unreachable, the order may be closed without refund.
  • By creating an account, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  • Anonymous gifts are not supported; both sender and recipient information are required.
  • Messages on greeting cards will be printed exactly as submitted.
  • Any Pakistan Gifts Hub Gift Cards are valid for two years from the issue date.
  • For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or universities, an alternative contact number must be provided. If unsuccessful due to unresponsiveness, the order is considered closed.
  • If we are unable to deliver due to an internal service failure, a full refund will be issued.
  • Customer reviews and feedback are welcomed.

Refunds

Failed Delivery:

  • If we fail to deliver within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be provided.
  • The delivery timeframe begins once payment is verified.
  • To request a refund for failed delivery, contact customer support within 24 hours.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders with a 48-hour delivery window: may be canceled at least 24 hours prior for full refund.
  • Orders with a 24-hour delivery window: must be canceled at least 12 hours prior.
  • Same-day orders are non-refundable.
  • Orders already shipped or processed cannot be canceled.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • If delivery is impossible due to location or circumstances, we will notify you and issue a refund.
  • Orders containing incorrect contact details or unresponsive phone numbers are not eligible for refund.
  • Notification will be sent once a refund is processed.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized/customized items are non-refundable, unless an error or defect is confirmed.
  • Refunds for perishable items (flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruit baskets) are evaluated case-by-case.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Delivery timeline starts once proof of payment is confirmed.
  • If proof of payment is delayed, Pakistan Gifts Hub is not liable for resulting delays.
  • For payment disputes, customers must resolve the issue with their payment provider.

Delivery Attempts:

  • A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.
  • If both attempts fail due to unresponsiveness, the order will be canceled without refund.

Products:

  • Product appearance may slightly differ from website images due to design variations.
  • Flower arrangements may vary based on seasonal availability.
  • If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a suitable substitute.
  • If a recipient chooses to pick up an order later, we cannot guarantee freshness.
  • Extended waiting times for couriers in restricted areas may impact product quality.
  • Taste complaints based on preference will not be entertained unless the product is spoiled.
  • If a product is found to be damaged or rotten, please email or WhatsApp us with a photo and order details within 24 hours. Complaints beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
